Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and recruiting potential mentors
- Prepares, organizes, and disseminates class schedules, course descriptions, outlines, syllabus, and other similar materials through close coordination with Mentor
- Should be able to coordinate with external partners engaged in courseware development
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of teaching and learning within scope of academic role
- Collects and analyses data on student progression, course evaluation, and compliance through interface with multiple web-accessible databases
- Enhances student experience through effectively managing student expectations, clarifications, concerns or grievances on an academic standpoint
- Provides technical advice, problem-solving assistance, answers to inquiries, and policy interpretation to students, Mentors, and others
- Improves, supports, and communicates essential information about academic programs such as admission requirements based on internal capacity and general program content
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written format
- 2 years experience of administration of a program, preferably in education sector
- Possess a thorough process knowledge of academic program and requirements
- Should have experience in development of course curriculum and courseware
- Able to make independent decisions that are a matter within the purview
