Key Responsibilities

·       Create and execute recruitment strategies

·       Handling end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

·       Recruitment Stake holder and vendor management

·       Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

·       Serving as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

·       Completing timely reports on hiring activities

Preferred skills

Minimum Qualification and Experience

·       10 – 13 years of experience in IT/Technical hiring

Mandatory Skills:

·       Involved in End-to-End IT/Technical recruitment

·       Experience in Volume or Bulk Hiring

·       Experience with sourcing techniques and screening using various job boards such as Naukri, Monster etc. and well versed with social media hiring including LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

·       Strong Excel and Analytical skills

·       Excellent Negotiation skills

Desired Skills

·       Recruitment experience in IT MNCs or Consultancies

Competency Requirement:

·       Strong oral and written English language skills are required.

·       Eye for detail and flair for creativity.

·       Should be able to perform with minimal supervision
