Brief description :

  1. Assisting and co-ordinating with daily administrative tasks for a healthcare provider
  2. Create, update and maintain electronic records
  3. Deal with customer enquiries (via call & sms)
  4. Provide reports on daily activities (via call & email)

Preferred skills

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication tools
  2. Organized and has attention to detail
  3. Experienced with MS Office and Google Documents
  4. Experience with invoicing systems and CRM tools is an added benefit
