Job Roles & Requirements : 

  • Proficient in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in order to maintain transparency 
  • Ability to ensure the project is completed within budget, scope, and schedule constraints.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
  • Monitor the project progress and report the risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to ensure the project is completed within budget, scope, and schedule constraints.
  • Deals with clients – to identify problems, analyses generate solutions, and closely interact with clients to test their applicability.
  • Closely work with the development team to understand and clarify the functional requirements and ensure delivery in committed time.
  • Experience in Pre-sales and bidding
  • Ability to understand customers’ problems, create detailed business analysis documents, conceptualize the solution and present the same to customers.

Preferred skills

  • Good understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.
  • Mandatory software requirement analysis experience with good written and verbal communication.
  • Interpersonal skills, Critical thinking, and Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
