We are looking for individuals for an International (United Kingdom) claims process. Candidates who are Freshers/Recent graduates or relevant experience can apply.

The role:

  • International voice – Non-Technical (United Kingdom)
  • Ensuring a fair settlement and good customer service
  • Liaising with the claimant and advising them on any issues that arise
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Working towards and exceeding KPI’s set on a daily basis
  • Handle constructive objections politely and efficiently
  • Ensure the correct processes and procedures are followed in a regulated environment

Preferred skills

The candidate:

·         Confident and effective communicator

·         Knowledge of ERP

·         Ability to work effectively under pressure

·         Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards the customers and business

·         Maintain positivity throughout the workplace and have resilience within a challenge

·         Adaptive towards new skills and techniques

·          

Requirements:

·         At least 1 year of minimum experience in Claims handling or Customer service

·         We need someone who is friendly and approachable with customers from all backgrounds

·         An excellent team player, who is keen to progress within an organisation

·         Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
