Job Description

  • – Manage Corporate & Internal Communications which includes (but is not restricted to) – PR, Internal / Employee Communications, Employer Branding, Executive Branding, Corporate social media management.
  • -Identifying & Managing all PR Opportunities & PR Output + Managing the PR agency if we engage one. (Manage and own)
  • Manage Social media Profiles of Key executives with PR agency Help and coordinate with the Social Media Manager to keep consistency of messaging, and relay of messaging etc. (Manage not own)
  • Manage Employer Branding Initiatives. Conceptualize/Plan and Execute Internal/Employee Communications Programs in collaboration with HR Teams– Intranet development effort, Strategic Executive-to-Employee Communications at the organization-wide level. (Manage not own)
  • Identify potential partners and Develop a Corporate Brand Partner Program across 3 dimensions. Sustainability, CSR, & Innovation. â–ª Assisting with Analyst Relations activities. (Assist, not manage/own) 

Corporate Communications Duties:

  • Planning & executing publicity strategies and campaigns: Executive branding, Awards and recognition, Industry Body Relations, Media Relations.
  • Reach out to influencers, media and beyond in order to arrange story placement or Brand/Executive mentions on a national and global level
  • Managing enquiries from media: Media companies, individuals, and other Industry organisations
  • Researching, writing, and distributing press releases to targeted media on a need basis.
  • Managing and sharing content with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook – for identified executive accounts.
  • Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis
  • Identify, Develop, and Manage Corporate Strategic Partnerships – Sustainability Partner, CSR partner, & Innovation Partner.
  • Internal Comms Duties:
  • Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Content development for strategic events including townhalls, staff gatherings, forums, web-based conferences.
  • Drive and support internal communication activities in India.
  • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organisation- Ensure Brand guidelines implementation & consistency in Branding.
  • Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
  • Lead and coordinate the production of digital and video messages.
  • Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation
