Job Description

  • Handling day to day office administration activities.
  • Assisting the HR and Finance Manager in HR and Finance activities.
  • Effective Facility Management – Housekeeping, Pantry and Purchase.
  • Managing and assisting basic arrangement for client visits & meetings
  • General Secretarial work such as fixing meeting schedules, Travel / Hotel booking.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates with good communication skills. Proficient in MS Office.
