Experienced in IT Industry and will be Responsible for all end-end HR activities like recruitment, personnel management, social welfare and maintenance of HR records.
Areas of Responsibility
- To support in effective HR management ensuring proper employee documentation.
- Background Verification checks, appointment letter generation.
- Processing of Transfers / Exits / Promotion within set timelines.
- Work closely with the HR team and support them in meeting their objectives through regular analysis of activities and respective TATs.
- Experienced in Statutory compliance and Payroll management.
- Transfers/ Exit / Promotions within set timelines as per guidelines and policy.
- Excellent Proficient in MS Office – esp. MS Word/ MS Excel etc.
- Experienced in Employee engagement activities.

Educational Qualification/ Technical Certification: Graduate with MBA (Full Time)
Good MS Office Knowledge
Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills pref. English/ Hindi/ Malayalam and other languages
