Brief Description :

  • We are having urgent vacancy for 1-2 year experienced HR Executive
  • Responsible for all activities related to the Employee life cycle
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for New Joiners and complete new joiner documentation for all joiners
  • Provide HR Policy & Benefits overview and be the SPOC for any policy related queries.
  • Process Improvement Work to create more efficient processes across areas of responsibility.
  • Assist in preparing data base, record keeping, Managing Time Office functions,
  • Ensure Exit formalities are initiated & Full and Final settlement is done as per the company policies & within the stipulated timeframe
  • Recruitment
  • Responsible for all Budget and Replacement hiring process
  • Sourcing and screening relevant profiles
  • Scheduling and coordinating the Technical Selection process
  • Own the Salary Negotiation and Offer closure for all open positions
  • Ensure Hiring is as per policy
  • Should able to join immediately
