- Enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- 3-5 years of experience in Hr field. Must have work experience in IT company
- Experience in handling legal compliances like ESIC,LWF,PF.
- Attendance management and handling monthly payroll.
- Design, improve and implement HR operations processes like Induction, Exit, Payroll etc.
- Conducting performance evaluation.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Conducting interactive employee engagement sessions.
