Immediate Opening for HR recruiter : 3 to 6 Years , Trivandrum

  • Execute all the talent acquisition activities
  • Scrutinize different profiles obtained through different methods such as direct approach, referrals, college interviews, networking etc. and manage the entire recruitment process and build a pipeline of candidate profiles
  • Continuously attract great prospective associates across the world through direct approach, referrals, college interviews, networking etc. and manage the entire recruitment process – from obtaining requirements to onboarding the candidate as a SunTec associate
  • Contribute towards the automation of  the entire requirement to recruit to onboard process
  • Continuously improve the candidate and new hire experience
  • Coordinate with external vendors with whom we are interacting or partnering for hiring for different positions
  • Evaluate competency level of candidates and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and offer acceptance/declines
  • Drive a heavy focus on senior recruitments and ensure we regularly obtain the best for our senior positions
  • Play a leading contributory role in making SunTec a “Great Place to Work”
  • Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives that foster a great culture within SunTec
  • Conduct regular surveys and ask for inputs to obtain the feedback on our recruitment process
  • Manage the internal referral program end-to-end -: managing positions for internal referrals; deciding and rewarding our associates for internal referral and continuously improving the process to get increased number of referrals
  • Asses the latest trends across the world related to talent acquisition policies and practices and provide vision and leadership in improving our talent acquisition policies and practices
  • Act as the brand ambassador for SunTec as an employer and contribute to the initiatives that propel our brand us a great employer
  • Contribute by providing contents to our learning and knowledge management initiatives
  • Contribute in providing inputs that innovate and improve our talent acquisition process

Preferred skills :

  • Very good understanding of our talent acquisition policies, the latest talent acquisition practices and philosophies across the world and also the best practices used across the world for talent acquisition
  • Excellent ability to focus on the needs of our business as a whole, its strategic direction, and in identifying initiatives that will allow our business to meet the goals
  • Very good people management skills (through 1-on-1 or through direct or indirect communication to a group of people)
  • Good negotiation skills and strong ability to positively influence a diverse set of people
  • Very good leadership skills
  • Extremely easy to work with attitude and genuine interest in solving the unique problems that our people may face
  • Able to analyze data, look for trends and provide feedback to the team and management
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding and expertise of the latest software delivery methodologies including agile implementation and testing process
  • Strong customer focus  (internal and external) and excellent team player
  • Excellent analytical skills and extremely high self-driven attitude, detail oriented, proactive and able to prioritize and manage workloads and meet critical project deadlines
  • Good understanding of our products, industries, domains, clients and our history with these clients, competitors and our strategic direction as a company
  • Owns a tenacious and never say die attitude – able to follow-up incessantly with our partners and customers (internal or external) till a conclusion is reached
