Brief description :
· Provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
· Respond to IT Support requests.
· Diagnose and offer solutions to software, networking, or hardware issues.
· Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
· Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site
· Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources in the company
· Tracking and managing work reports.
· Proven work experience in IT support for 2-4 years
· Graduate in IT/ Computer Science
· In depth knowledge installing windows / office/ configurations / VPN setup is a must.
· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Willing to work in rotational shift
