Brief description :
- Provide technical support for both Desktop/Laptop hardware and software issues.
- Administration of Office 365 services and Azure infrastructure
- Create and manage active directory user accounts.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Install and configure client and server operating systems (Windows and Linux).
- Follow procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Respond to Tickets, Mails, Customer Calls & Chats and provide immediate technical resolutions to customers.
- Basic administration of hardware firewall.
