Job Description
- Good knowledge in desktop OS (Windows10, Windows7)
- Good Knowledge in server OS (Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012)
- Good experience in Computer Hardware Troubleshooting.
- Experience in Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of applications on Windows platform
- Experience in an environment with more than 50 work stations.
- Experience in managing LAN and WAN connections
- Experience in Linux would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, IIS
- Knowledge in basic networking concepts
- Microsoft Certification preferred
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
