FAYA Innovations is hiring a Process Associate for its Sales Team (Semi Voice-US)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders by collecting necessary information and pass it to the production team.
- Track the order details and provide a timely update to the customer.
- Perform general (email) customer service and sales assistance for client accounts.
- Follow up with the client over the phone/email and should be able to establish/maintain business relationships.
- Collect Sales information from the Sales department and enter work orders.
- Co-ordinate sales effort in managing client orders.
- Collaborating with the production department and sales department to facilitate information exchange.
- Gather process data and analysis to determine potential areas for improvement.
- Excellent writing skills with the use of proper grammar and sentence construction during written and verbal communication.
- Must have 06 months to 2-year work experience in similar profile, preferably US Customer support.
- Ability to work on timeline and targets.
