FAYA Innovations is hiring a Process Associate for its Sales Team (Semi Voice-US)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders by collecting necessary information and pass it to the production team.
  • Track the order details and provide a timely update to the customer.
  • Perform general (email) customer service and sales assistance for client accounts.
  • Follow up with the client over the phone/email and should be able to establish/maintain business relationships.
  • Collect Sales information from the Sales department and enter work orders.
  • Co-ordinate sales effort in managing client orders.
  • Collaborating with the production department and sales department to facilitate information exchange.
  • Gather process data and analysis to determine potential areas for improvement.

Preferred skills

  • Excellent writing skills with the use of proper grammar and sentence construction during written and verbal communication.
  • Must have 06 months to 2-year work experience in similar profile, preferably US Customer support.
  • Ability to work on timeline and targets.

Timing: Need to work in US timing
