Brief description :
- FAYA Innovations is hiring a Process Associate for its Sales Team (Voice US)
- Process customer order by collecting necessary information and pass it to the production team.
- Track the order details and provide timely update to the customer.
- Perform general (email) customer service and sales assistance for client accounts.
- Follow up with the client over the phone/email and should be able to establish/maintain business relationships.
- Collect Sales information from the Sales department and enter work orders.
- Co-ordinate sales effort in managing client orders.
- Collaborating with production department and sales department to facilitate information exchange.
- Gather process data and analysis to determine potential areas for improvement.
- Excellent writing skills with usage of proper grammar and sentence construction
- Must have 06 months and above work experience in similar profile, preferably US Customer support(Voice).
- Ability to work on timeline and targets.
- Timing: Need to work in US timing
- Preference to candidates who can join in 2 weeks notice period.
- Willingness to work from office
