The trainer is responsible for the training of Customers, Partners and Employees on our products. The trainer will be responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of training programs; execute training, develop reinforcements, and evaluate outcomes. This position primary responsibility is ensuring customer satisfaction by effective training delivery and creating a brand value around the training offering.
- Onboard Customers, partner teams by training them on product capabilities.
- Learn the Product be hands on with the product features and upgrades.
- Create training contents.
- Work consciously in achieving a repeatable training delivery mechanism with standardized content, offerings.
- Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of training programs and strategies.
- Proactively work with the Management team to identify and resolve issues.
- May involve frequent travel to Customer sites to deliver trainings.
- Self-motivated with a 5-10 years track record in software product trainings for customers.
- Quickly ramp up and learn the product.
- Adept at delivering content via multiple mediums such as in person, on phone and over the web.
- Some background in automated software preferred. Trainings will include hands on to trainees through product application in common business scenarios.
- Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as needed.
