We are looking for a highly-motivated, high-energy, and ambitious individual, who has the potential to be a sales champion, to be a part of our dynamic international sales team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals for our different products (courses and platforms) as per the assigned revenue targets
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline in order to achieve revenue targets 
  • Engage in consultative sales and be a champion of the product groups that you represent
  • Prepare and deliver stellar presentations on the different products and services to prospective customers
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with existing client base and prospective customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
  • Ensure high service levels and consistently maintain high customer satisfaction scores
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests
  • Work closely with the marketing team to give them the necessary input for the development of marketing strategies, processes, and relevant collateral
  • Regularly collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve optimum results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams to ensure the quality of the services/products offered

Eligibility Criteria

  • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced global organisations in consultative sales roles in the e-learning/edutech/IT/ITES  industries
  • At least 1 year of international client-handling experience (preferably UK/Europe/US clients)
