- Working in the Production Support team, where you will provide high quality operational and technical application and systems support to our internal business functions.
- Daily monitoring of Ecommerce and POS transactions in Salesforce OMS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud for complete order life cycle.
- Investigate, report, track, analyze and resolve errors.
- Identify common pattern of errors.
- Create change control to enhance solution to improve transaction tracking, monitoring and resolution of errors.
- Should have 2-3 years of experience in similar profile.
- Good web application development skills are required.
- It’s good to have experience Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Salesforce but not mandatory.
