Job Description :
- As a Software Manager of SCSOFT Technologies you will build, manage and coach the software development team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with and lead development team.
- Oversees performance of individual team members and the team as a whole
- Identifies and addresses staff training and development needs
- Assigns and prioritizes work tasks
- Will act as a scrum master and Dev manager on projects under development
- Understanding of design patterns, principle and Object Oriented Design.
- Provide feature estimates
- Mentor and support the developers and review deliverables and provide performance feedback
- Interact with customers
- Ensure timely delivery of the projects and always meet the deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering (BE, B. Tech, MCA, MSc)
- 10+ years’ experience software industry.
- Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Technologies which includes Desktop or Web Application
- Hands on experience in technologies such as Java, Core Java, C#, C++, .Net, Android Development, iOS and Oracle/Postgre.
- Experience in Cloud Computing, Big Data, IOT etc.
- Has good experience in Web Application development.
- Has used JavaScript Frameworks extensively.
- Managed teams working on developing Mobile Apps (Native / Hybrid) or developing UI Frameworks using Angular or any modern JavaScriptFrameworks.
- Hands-on programming skills, with ability to develop quick prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and recognize/correct issues at the level of code
- Multidisciplinary experience overseeing Development, Program Management and Testing of software projects.
- Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills
- Well organized, attention to detail and focus on quality
- Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus.
- Hands on experience in Agile development.
