Helpdesk Coordinator: IT Support Team – RevenueMed (India) Private Limited


  • Ownership/Monitor & update Tickets in the Ticketing system
  • Perform Data Analysis of tickets weekly
  • Knowledge base update regularly
  • Conduct customer feedback survey
  • Provide Initial Technical support for incidents/requests
  • Track the incidents to conclusion in line with SLAs and quality standards
  • Log a complaint with ISP during internet outage
  • Update Contacts-Mobile number /Voip Ext/Email id /Distribution list of key people in Each department
  • Perform Routine checklist
  • Participates in project activities to support infrastructure,network application or desktop teams
  • Coordinate with other departments/clients

Preferred Skills:              

  • Good English communication skill – both verbal and written
  • Engineering degree in Computer science or ECE is more preferable
  • Fresher’s or less than one year experienced candidates can apply
