Brief description :
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, job portals and professional platforms)
- Must have 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience
- Communicating with the managers to identify future job openings.
- Screening the applicants according to the job requirements and competencies.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and execute all phases of the recruitment process.
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Processing the Offer and negotiation on employment terms with the candidate.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Knowledge of legal compliances will be an added advantage.
