Brief description :

  • 2 – 6 years of US IT Recruitment experience is required.
  • Should have good experience with US IT Recruitment and Bench Sales.
  • Must be willing to work in night shifts
  • Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
  • Knowledge about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
  • Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements.
  • Must have experience in Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, and all responsibilities till candidate joins).
  • Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
  • Qualified candidate should have good understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full- time positions).
  • Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and other Internet Based recruiting Tools.
  • Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
  • Must have experience working with third party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
  • Must have good rate/ salary negotiation & closing skills. 

Preferred skills
