  • 0-2 yrs. of experience in Service Desk/ Technical Support (Voice)
  • Maintenance of 75% first line fix rate Call, Incident, Request and Desktop Management through logging, escalation and resolution using Service Now and remote support tools
  • Raising accurate tickets In the CRM Tool (Service Now)
  • Assignment of calls/ requests/ incidents to internal and external support teams where calls cannot be fixed by the Service Desk
  • Incident management encompassing incidents assigned to other support teams
  • Setting customer expectation by allocating an appropriate priority to an incident
  • Must be a good team player
  • Customer Centric

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Provision of remote desktop support to all customers
  • IT Support of all office, overseas and home based customers who use a broad variety of mainstream and bespoke applications on Windows 10, Windows 7 operating system
  • Delivery of excellent customer service
  • Support of Home Workers with experience of home routers/modems
  • User account administration
  • Airwatch / GOOD ( GFE ) VMware, WIFI
  • MFD Support
  • Must have excellent interpersonal/customer liaison skills (telephone and face to face) as the role will come into contact with all levels within the business and IT
  • Should have excellent probing and trouble shooting skills

Walk-In Entry Pass :

Candidates are requested to apply for an entry Pass to Technopark Campus to attend the Walk-In interview through mobile app/ web browser. Once the pass is applied, an URL will be sent to the candidate’s mobile number/ e-mail id for generating their entry pass. Candidates have to generate their pass from the URL and show the softcopy at the Entrance Gate.

Candidates who do not have access to a smartphone can print their hardcopy of the entry pass on the scheduled date of the interview from the self-operating kiosk available at the reception by entering OTP number received on their number or email.
